Workout - Improve your speed, quickness,
agility, flexibility, strength, reflexes,
coordination, and endurance with the latest
hockey specific training equipment and methods
available. Bob will train you in his home
gym in order to take your game to the next
level. Workouts will be catered to the student’s
age, position, and current level of conditioning.
Off-ice training areas and equipment will
consist of:
- Coordination and Balance: balance board, BOSU
ball
- Agility and Quickness: ladders, banana steps,
and footwork drills
- Power and Explosiveness: parachute, dual resistive
harness, and medicine ball drills
- Reaction Time and Reflexes: reaction belts, reaction
ball, reflex/coordination drills
- Functional Strength: weights, resistive bands,
Swiss Ball, medicine balls
All exercises will be hockey specific; coupling
multiple muscles while maintaining balance
that simulate on-ice situations.
Cost- $35.00 per hour
Workout Program - Bob
will develop a specific program based on
your individual needs, time of season, and
training equipment available. Each program
will be based on developing speed, quickness,
agility, flexibility, strength, reflexes,
coordination, and endurance utilizing the
latest training techniques. Bob will run
through each program with the individual
in order to make sure they know the proper
techniques to ensure maximum benefits and
to decrease the risk of injury.
